大连市10690例申请企业医保补助的高血压患者并发症的调查

摘　　要：目的了解2004年大连市参加企业医保补助的高血压患者并发症的检出情况及其流行特征。方法采用整群抽样法选取申请企业医保补助的高血压患者10690人,收集其临床资料和体检结果,分析流行特征。结果10690名高血压患者中视网膜病变检出率为68.36%,脑卒中检出率为61.08%,糖尿病检出率为38.84%,冠心病检出率为11.72%,肾病检出率为11.61%,并发症的发生与性别及病程有关。结论申请企业医保补助的高血压患者并发症以视网膜病和脑卒中检出率较高,提示高血压患者应重点预防视网膜病变和脑卒中的发生,为该市今后的企业医保工作提供一定的参考依据。To investigate the prevalence of plied for enterprise medical insurance in Dalian in 2004. complication of hypertension patients who apMethods 10 690 hypertension patients who took part in health examination were investigated by cluster sampling, their clinical data and the results of health examination were assembled, then the epidemiological characteristics were analysed. Results The detection rate of retinopathy was 68.36 %, the detection rate of cerebral apoplexy was 61.08 %, the detection rate of diabetes was 38.84 %, the detection rate of coronary artery disease was 11.72 %, and the detection rate of nephropathy was 11.61%. The prevalence of complication was related to gender and course of disease. Conclusions The detection rate of the complications of hypertension shows a disparity in the people who applied for enterprise medical insurance, and the detection rate of retinopathy and cerebral apoplexy is higher than others, so retinopathy and cerebral apoplexy should be prevented as an emphasis. This study provides reference for enterprise medical insurance work in Dalian.
