摘 要:探讨了利用碱厂废渣氨二泥制取磷酸铵镁的工艺可行性,采用正交实验设计法对磷酸铵镁的制备工艺条件进行了实验研究。结果表明该工艺可行。最佳工艺条件为:反应温度为室温,氨化反应pH为8.9,酸解时间为25 m in,氨化反应时间为15 min,反应物料配比(氨与氧化镁与磷酸物质的量比)为1.23∶1.00∶1.45。所制备磷酸铵镁产品基本接近纯的六水合磷酸铵镁,可用于控制释放肥料的制造。The technology's feasibility of utilizing the residue of alkali works as the raw material to produce the magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) was discussed. The process conditions were studied by orthogonal design experiments. Results showed that this technology is feasible. The optimum process conditions are : reaction temperature is room tempera- ture,reaction pH = 8.9, acidolysis time 25 min, reaction time 15 min, amount - of - substance ratio of raw materials is n( NH3 ) : n(MgO) : n( H3PO4 ) = 1.23: 1.00: 1.45. The quality of final MAP product could reach that of the pure hexahydrate MAP.which can be used for Droducing controlled release fertilizer.
