摘  要:以高炉炼铁瓦斯泥为原料,采用湿法浸取回收其中的有价金属锌、铋以制备氧化锌和氯氧化铋。考察了一些主要因素对锌、铋浸取过程的影响,确定了浸取的最佳工艺条件。锌浸取过程最佳工艺条件:浸取温度50℃,氨水质量浓度0.140 6 g/mL,碳酸氢铵质量浓度0.099 8 g/mL,液固比3 mL/g,浸取时间120 min。铋浸取过程最佳工艺条件:浸取温度50℃,硫酸质量浓度0.129 2 g/mL,氯化钠质量浓度0.036 1 g/mL,液固比8.2 mL/g,浸取时间60 min。在此条件下,锌、铋的收率分别为70.0%和72.0%,产品氧化锌、氯氧化铋的质量分数分别达98%和92%以上。开发出一种从钢铁冶金企业瓦斯泥中回收利用有价金属锌和铋的二次资源综合利用的方法。The valuable metals, such as zinc and bismuth in the blast furnace sludge can be recovered by wet metallurgy technology to produce zinc oxide and bismuth oxychloride. Some main factors influencing the leaching process of zinc and bismuth were investigated and optimum process conditions were confirmed. The optimum process conditions for zinc leaching are :leaching temperature is 50℃, mass concentration of ammonia is 0. 140 6 g/mL, mass concentration of ammonia bicarbonate is 0. 099 8 g/mL, liquid -solid proportion is 3 mL/g, leaching-time is 120 min;The optimum process conditions for bismuth leaching are-temperature is 50℃, mass concentration of sulphuric acid is 0.129 2 g/mL, mass concentration of sodium chloride is 0. 036 1 g/mL, liquid - solid proportion is 8.2 mL/g, leaching - time is 60 min ; Under these conditions, the recovery rate of zinc and bismuth are 70.0% and 72.0% respectively. The mass fraction of zinc oxide and bismuth oxychloride products are up to 98% and 92% above respectively. Consequently,this study provides a resource utilization method to recover valuable metals from the blast furnace sludge of steel enterprises.
