胃大部切除术后代谢性骨病的研究

摘　　要：采用骨代谢的生化指标检测、Ｘ线检查以及骨密度测定对３０例术后胃患者及１７例对照进行了分析，结果显示：①骨代谢生化指标中ＡＬＰ增高（Ｐ＜０．０５），②骨密度测定较正常对照组减低（Ｐ＜０．０５），③Ｘ线检查有３２％术后胃患者表现异常，且随术后间隔时间延长，骨代谢异常越加明显。Biochemical test of bone mineral metabolism,fluoroscopy,and bone densitometry were performed in 30 postgastrectomy patients and 17 normal controls.The result showed that:① ALP level increased significantly(P<0 05) in the postgastrectomy group;② Bone mineral content in the postgastrectomy group decreased as compared with the control group (P<0 05);③ Roentgenograms of 32 per cent of postoperative patients were abnormal.Incidence of postgastrectomy osteopathies increased with the postoperative period lengthening.
