摘　　要：本文研究了变电站经济运行与控制的组合优化数学模型及全枚举优化算法,以图形化软件Visio2003为平台,开发了基于SCADA系统实时运行数据的实用的变电站经济运行与控制系统,经实际电网的计算,表明效果良好。The combinatorial optimization model and the completed enumeration algorithm used to determine the scheme of substation economic operation and control is studied in this paper. Based on the Visio2003 graphic software, a practical substation economic op- eration and control system which uses the real time data of the SCADA has been developed. Practical calculation indicates that the model and the algorithm are correct and the results are satisfactory.
