摘　　要：基于反射式强度调制机制,设计了用于测量篦齿密封间隙的光纤位移传感器。通过对静态标定试验数据的分析处理,得到了静态下激光光纤探头的输出值与模拟试验件和探头之间距离的相互对应关系。试验证明,该设计方案可行,测量精度能达到预期目标。Based on the reflecting intensity modulation mechanism, the fiber - optic displacement sensor is designed to measure labyrinth seals clearance. The paper acquires the relationship of the laser probe’s output in static state and the distance from the test part to the probe. The experiment has proven that the scheme is available, and the precision can achieve the prospective aim.
