摘　　要：针对医用心电图机和Holter存在的应用场合的局限性,设计了一种便携式心电信号记录仪。它不但可以完成普通心电图机的功能,还可充当心电实时监控仪使用;采样精度频率可调,带有电源管理功能在待机状态下消耗电量小于200微安;可与PDA/Smartphone/PC相连,通过GPRS或Intenet传送心电数据。上位机采用小波与数学形态学结合算法对信号进行处理,算法可靠快速。目前已开发出基于WinCE的心电数据库管理软件。According to the limitation of electrocardiograph and Holter, a portable electrocardiogram(ECG) recorder is designed. It can be used as not only electrocardiograph but also electrocardiogram monitoring instrument. The sampling frequency and precision can be adjusted freely, and in idle mode its current consumption is not more than 200uA. It is also compatible with PDA、Smartphone or PC, through which the recorder can transfer signal to somewhere we want via GPRS or Internet. The filtered algorithm in PDA/ Smartphone/PC combining with wavelet and mathematical morphology manifests reliability and quickness. Now, we have develops the management system software of electrocardiogram database based on WinCE.
