摘　　要：计算机通过GPIB卡和串口分别控制脉冲信号发生器和单片机实现对C-RAM(Chalcogenide-Random Access Memory)存储阵列芯片的数据存储、数据读取和简单的数据运算的直观演示。本文重点介绍了其硬件构成、软件实现。The computer drives the pulse signal generator through GPIB card and MCU（Micro Control Unit） through serial port, which makes it possible that the data storage, the data reading, performance of erase operation of the C-RAM chip are carried out successfully. The hardware and software design of the system are presented detailedly.
