摘　　要：本文针对测试数模混合电路板时所遇到的难点,尝试采用DES理论进行故障诊断。文章首先介绍DES理论的基本概念,再论述了在故障字典法中DES理论的具体运用,最后用实例进行了方法验证。结果证明采用DES理论进行单、硬故障的诊断是有效的。The paper tries to diagnose faults of printed circuit boards with DES theory to solve the difficulties in testing them o The article introduces the basic principle of DES theory and how to apply it into the method of fault dictionary o At last the issue presents a example to illustrate the application o The result proves it is effective to diagnose single or hard faults with DES theory .
