摘　　要：本文对中性点不接地系统的正常运行和不正常运行下的安全性进行了分析和研究,提出了采用中性点不接地系统时应采用的监控措施,保证中性点不接地系统的安全运行。Focusing on the normal state and abnormal state of the neutral non-grounding systems, we some analysis and research are carried through about the security of it in the paper. We bring up a measurement which is very useful to the neutral non-grounding, to guarantee the safe movement of the neutral non-grounding systems.
