妇雅净浸膏体外抑菌杀虫作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：研究妇雅净浸膏的体外抑菌杀虫作用.方法：通过妇雅净醇提浸膏和水提浸膏体外抑菌杀虫试验,考察妇雅净浸膏的抑菌杀虫效果.结果：妇雅净醇提浸膏和水提浸膏均能显著抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌敏感株、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念球菌,其中醇提浸膏最低抑制浓度（MIC）在8.44～75.0mg/ml之间;水提浸膏最低抑制浓度在75.0～187.5mg/ml之间.在本实验浓度范围内,妇雅净醇提浸膏有显著的杀虫效果,而水提浸膏则无此作用.结论：妇雅净醇提浸膏有较好的抑菌杀虫效果.其抑菌作用要强于同浓度的水提浸膏.Objective： To confirm the bacteriostatic and trichomonacidal action of Fuya Jing Extract in vitro. Methods： The bacteriostatic and trichomonacidal tests were conducted in vitro by using either the alcohol extracting form or the water extracting form of Fuya Jing Extract to observe the effects. Results： Both Fuya Jing alcohol extract and water extract demonstrated significant functions in inhibiting Escherichia coli, sensitive strains of Staphylococcus aurous, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans, with the minimal inhibition concentration（MIC） of the alcohol extract being 8.44 - 75.0mg/ml and that of the water extract being 75.0- 187.5mg/ml. Within the range of concentration in this test, the alcohol extract showed noticeable trichomonacidal effect; while the water extract had no trichomonacidal effect. Conclusions： Fuya Jing alcohol extract has a better bacteriostatic and trichomonacidal effect than the water extract at the same level of concentration.
