摘　　要：介绍了一种新型电网过电压在线监测装置,它包括过电压波信号的光纤传输系统、实时判断电网过电压系统和高速信号采集与大容量存储系统。该装置能实时在线监测系统电压的变化,并能自动追踪记录过电压波形、幅值及发生时间。通过模拟实验与比较测量对装置的功能进行了考核与分析。通过工程现场数据分析表明,该装置的应用取得了满意的效果。A new on-line monitoring device for power system over-voltage is introduced. It contains optical fiber transmission system for over-voltage signal, high-speed signal DAQ system and high-capacity storage system. It can real-time on-line monitor the change of system voltage and record the waveform, amplitude value and occurrence time of over-voltage automatically, The performance of the device is assessed and analyzed through the simulating experiment and comparative measure. The results of monitoring device show that the system is satisfied in using.
