摘　　要：改革开放以来,民族地区的农村发生了巨大而深刻的变化。这一地区的农民到底能否适应这种社会文化变迁?如果能够适应,其文化基础又是什么?这些都是人们所关心的问题。本文通过对大理周城白族村民段元参个人生活史的描述与解读,揭示了白族农民适应现代市场经济环境的过程及其文化基础。Great and profound changes have taken place in China's ethnic areas since the reforms and opening up to the outside world. Can ethnic farmers adapt well to the socio-cultural changes? If they can, what is the cultural basis? These are questions people are concerned about. This paper tells about the life story of Duan Yuancan, a villager of Bai nationality in Zhoucheng, and reveals the adaptation of the Bai farmers to modern market economy and the cultural basis of the adaptation.
