摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病的临床及血液学特点。方法总结在我院确诊并有详细血液学资料的14例患者,分析其临床表现、免疫功能及血液学特点。结果14例患者中发热10例(71.4%),淋巴结肿大6例(42.9%),消瘦6例(42.9%),真菌感染3例(21.4%),白细胞减少5例(35.7%),贫血9例(64.3%),为正常细胞正常色素性贫血,血小板减少11例(79.6%),骨髓有核细胞增生、浆细胞增多及病态造血,免疫学检查主要为细胞免疫缺陷。结论艾滋病患者存在免疫功能低下,其临床、血液学和骨髓改变有一定特点。Objective To study the clinical and haematological features of AIDS. Methods The clinical data of 14 AIDS patients were reviewed in respect of clinical manifestations, immunological status and hematological characteristics. Results The main clinical features including fever in 10 cases （71.4%）, lymph node enlargement in 6 cases （42.9%）, weight loss in 6cases （42.9 %）, fungal infection in 3cases（21.4 %）, leucopeniain 5cases （35.7 %）, normocytic and normochromatic anemia in 9 cases （64.3 %）, and thrombocytopenia in 11 cases （79.6%）. There were special changes in bone marrow feature and cellular immunodeficiency. Conclusion AIDS patients exhibit immune function depression as well as blood and bone marrow abnormalities.
