酚妥拉明与硝酸甘油治疗急性左心衰的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察酚妥拉明与硝酸甘油联合治疗急性左心衰的临床疗效和安全性。方法30例符合急性左心衰诊断的急诊患者,给予酚妥拉明10毫克和硝酸甘油5毫克加入5%葡萄糖液250毫升中,以10-15滴/min的速度静滴,再酌情逐渐加快给药速度。结果在用药2小时内与治疗前比较,呼吸困难减轻,心率下降,肺部罗音减少,治疗后各项指标均改善。结论酚妥拉明与硝酸甘油治疗急性左心衰的疗效确切,临床应用安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of rigitine with glycerol trinitrate on acute left heart failure. Methods 30 patients with acute left heart failure were treated with 10mg rigitine and 5mg glycerol trinitrate added into 250ml of 5% glucose, intravenous drip of 10-15 gutta per minute. Results The symptom of dyspneic respiration abated, the heart rate descended, and the rales decreased after 2h treatment. There was manifesting difference between prior treatment and post-treatment. Conclusion Rigitine combined with glycerol trinitrate is effective, safe and reliable for treatment of acute left heart failure.
