摘  要:电子商务信用评估系统对于约束电子商务活动参与者的信用活动具有非常重要的作用。本文从现有的有关电子商务的信用评估理论出发,在已有的C2C电子商务网站的信用评估系统的基础上设计了一套新的电子商务评估系统。该系统充分考虑了原有信用度、交易次数、交易部位、交易额等维度,引入信用度变化率、失(守)信率、加权信用度和买(卖)方信用等新指标,以期建立一套能更全面、更准确地反映在线交易者行为特征的信用评估系统。The credit evaluation system plays an important role in restricting the credit activity of electronic commerce participant. This paper begins with the present theories concerned with the credit evaluation of electronic commerce and is based on the credit evaluation system of the C2C electronic commerce sites, which designs a new the credit evaluation system of electronic commerce. The system refers to some indices such as the degree of inhere credit, the times of dealing, the part of dealing, the amount of dealing and introduces some new indices such as the rate of credit change, the rate of breaking faith(keeping faith),the degree of weighting credit, the credit of purchaser(seller) and so on. The goal of paper is to establish a set of credit evaluation system that more comprehensive, accurately reflects the behavior characteristic of the on-line transaction.
