摘 要:对CO和/或CO2加氢直接合成二甲醚反应体系进行了热力学计算与分析,计算了不同初始原料气组成、温度、压力下反应体系中二甲醚的平衡收率。结果表明:二甲醚平衡收率随着温度的升高而降低,随着压力和n(CO)/n(CO+CO2)比值的升高而升高。还给出CO、CO2混合加氢合成甲醇反应体系的热力学计算结果进行对照。Thermodynamic analysis was carried out for the reaction system of dimethyl ether synthesis by CO and/or CO2 hydrogenation. The equilibrium yields of dimethyl ether were calculated for different initial feed gas compositions,temperature and pressure. The results showed that the equilibrium yield of dimethyl ether decreased with the increase of temperature,and increased with the increase of pressure or CO/( CO + CO2 ) molar ratio. The thermodynamic data for methanol synthesis by CO/CO2 mixed gas hydrogenation were also calculated out for comparison.
