摘　　要：体育仲裁制度的构建需要在各种因素的博弈中综合衡平。在我国体育仲裁制度的构建过程中,国内与涉外仲裁的选择、强制仲裁与资源仲裁的选择、前置还是终局的选择以及仲裁和司法相互冲突还是协调一致的选择将对我国体育仲裁制度的构建产生基础性的影响,这些都需要在体育仲裁制度构建过程中审慎地加以考量。Constitution of sport arbitration system is affected by various factors, In the course of constitution, several selections need to be carefully considered concerning domestic or foreign arbitration, obligatory arbitration or resources arbitration, pre selection or post selection, the conflicting or coordinating relation between the arbitration and justice.
