摘　　要：采用文献资料法、特尔斐法、AHP层次分析法、实验法和数理统计法,根据足球运动本身的特点和运动员的自身能力,建立了高水平足球运动员专项心理能力评价与选材的模型,制订了评价和选材标准,旨在为客观评价足球运动员的专项心理能力和科学选材提供依据。The research intends to build up a model for athletes selection and for the evaluation of high-level football-player＇ s specific mental power on the basis of the unique features of football and players, by using methods of documentation, Delphology, analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, experiments and mathematical statistics, aiming to offer reference for objective evaluation and scientific selection.
