对当前党员组织关系接转的几点思考

摘　　要：党员组织关系是党员身份的证明。本文简要概述了当前党员组织关系接转过程中存在原工作单位不予开具党员介绍信、因出国造成与原党组织失去联系、工作变动党员组织关系未及时接转和落实、毕因工作单位未落实业生无法接转组织关系等问题;分析了造成这些问题的原因,如由于一些负责党员管理同志对党员管理的相关规章制度不熟悉、个别党员对党员组织关系接转不够重视、组织关系接转手续较为复杂、受计划经济时代人事制度的影响等;针对这些原因提出了诸如通过培训提高管理人员业务素质、加强对党员的教育、健全建立基层党组织、改变传统的党员信息管理方式,实行计算机网络管理和党员证管理等对策。　Party membership is the identification of a Communist Party member.The paper states some problems which generally exist in the process of transferring the Party membership,such as the former work unit＇s unwillingness to offer a membership recommendation letter,the loss of the contact with the original Party organization because of going abroad,and the delay of Party membership transfer while changing jobs.It furthermore analyzes the causes of these problems,and gives some corresponding solutions,for example,improving the competence of the personnel in charge of Party member affairs,strengthening the education of Party members,establishing and perfecting the primary Party organizations,changing the traditional style of Party member information management,and implementing computer and network administration and membership certificates.
