摘　　要：通过2006年男篮世锦赛中国队与其他参赛队比赛中姚明各方面数据的统计,研究姚明在比赛中的攻防情况,通过对其他参赛队10名中锋的比较分析,研究姚明的攻防特点。研究表明:姚明在进攻上以阵地进攻为主,进攻方式多样,命中率和造犯规也相当高,罚球以及策应配合也是姚明的进攻手段;在防守方面,姚明与国外高水平中锋相比存在一定差距。最后,对姚明在以后的训练和比赛中提出了建设性建议。　This paper,through the statistical data obtained from 7 matches of male basketball matches between China and other teams,researches the attacking and defending condition of Yao Ming in matches,and it finds out his attacking and defending features by analyzing 10 centre forwards from other teams.The research illustrates that Yao Ming is strong in attacking but weak in blocking,and that he focuses on the positional attack and with varying ways.However,the percentage of hit and foul is fairly high.Besides,foul shot and support by coordinated action are also Yao Ming＇s attacking methods.As to defend,there are certain gaps between Yao Ming and other foreign centre forwards.Finally the paper gives constructive suggestions to Yao Ming＇ future training and matches.
