摘 要:电刺激大鼠黑质引起的血压升高反应可被同侧红核内微量注射利多卡因所部分阻断。用高效液相测量脑组织内儿茶酚胺含量方法观察到:电刺激黑质引起血压升高的同时,红核脑区中的多巴胺和去甲肾上腺素含量增多,说明红核在黑质的升压过程中起作用,而且黑质主要是通过释放多巴胺和去甲肾上腺素影响红核的活动来参与对心血管活动的调节。The role of red nucleus (RN) in pressor effect caused by electrically stimulating substantia nigra (SN) was investigated on urethane anesthetized rats.We found that the pressor effect of SN could be partially blocked by microinjection of lidocaine into ipsilateral RN.The content of catecholamine in RN was measured by the HPLC (high pressure liquid cromatograph) method.It was found that the content of norepinephrine (NE) and dopamine (DA) in ipsilateral RN increased when the blood pressure was raised by stimulating SN.The results indicated that NE and DA transmitter systems between SN and RN playd an important role in pressor effect of SN.
