云威灵挥发油中活性物质异丁酸百里香酯对照品的制备

摘　　要：目的研究从云威灵中制备异丁酸百里香酯对照品的方法。方法运用硅胶柱色谱分离、减压蒸馏等方法对云威灵的挥发油部分进行分离纯化,通过UV1、H-NMR1、3C-NMR、MS等方法对分离产物进行结构鉴定。结果采用气相色谱归一化法定量异丁酸百里香酯对照品,纯度>98%。结论本法简便,所得异丁酸百里香酯对照品可用于云威灵药材及中药五类新药云威灵软胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a separation method for thymyl iso-butyrate reference substances from volatile oil in Inula nervosa Wall. ex DC. Methods After being extracted from volatile oil, the extract of Inula nervosa Wall. ex DC was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and distillation at reduced pressure Thymyl iso-butyrate was identified by UV, ^1H-NMR,^13C-NMR, MS and so on. Results The contents of thymyl iso-butyrate were higher than 98% by normalization method of GC. Conclusion The method is simple, by which thyrnyl iso-butyrate can be used as reference substances for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of nervosa Wall. ex DC and soft-capsules of Yunweiling.
