摘　　要：目的 建立测定鼻敏方胶囊中木兰脂素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 采用ODS色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-四氢呋喃-水（35：1：64），流速1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长278nm。结果 木兰脂素在0．01～0．11mg·mL^-1线性关系良好，加样平均回收率为97．1％，RSD为1．46％。结论 该方法准确可靠、重现性好，可作为鼻敏方胶囊质量控制的标准。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the assay of magnolin in Biminfang capsul〈 Methods Chromatography was carried out on an Alitma C18 column （250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of accetonitrile-TMF- water （35 ： 1 ： 64）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL .min^-1. The detective wavelength was 278 nm. Results The magnolin linenarity range was 0.01-0.11mg, ml^1, the average recovery was 97.1%, and the RSD was 1.46%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Biminfang.
