安神益智胶囊镇静作用研究

摘　　要：中医多采用育阴潜阳、安神益智之法来治疗儿童多动症，在临床上表现出镇静作用。本实验表明，安神益智胶囊对正常小鼠和阴虚模型小鼠均有较好镇静安神作用，使动物趋于安定，活动减少，阴虚模型的躁狂症状改善。这可能是该胶囊治疗儿童多动症的机制之一。In the treatment of child restless syndrome with TCM,the applied therapeutic methods are nourishing Yin and suppressing the excessive Yang ,tranquilizing and reinforcing the mind,which shows seditive effect in the clinic.The experiment proved that Anshen Yizhi Capsules had effect on sedation and tranquilization in both normal mice and model mice with deficiency of Yin .The medicine made the mice tend to be quiet and less motional,and also induced an improved condition of mania in the model mice with deficiency of Yin ,which was probably attributed to this medicine for its one of the effects of treating child restless syndrome.
