脑干听觉诱发电位对老年突发性耳聋的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨脑干诱发电位在老年突发性耳聋患者的诊断价值。方法对41例老年突发性耳聋患者入院24h内及治疗18d后进行疗效评价和脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检查。结果41例患者BAEP检测的异常率为100%,治疗有效率70.7%。治疗后BAEPⅠ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波和峰间潜伏期与治疗前相比明显好转,结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗有效组较无效组明显好转,结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论BAEP是诊断突聋和判断预后的重要客观指标。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of brainstem auditory evoked potentials（BAEP） in presby-patients with sudden deafness. Methods BAEP was used to monitor 41 patients with sudden deafness, Ⅰ , Ⅲ , Ⅴ and Ⅰ - Ⅲ ,Ⅲ - Ⅴ potentials were recorded in 24 hours of admission and after 18 days of therapy. Results The abnormal rate of BAEP was 100% in all cases. Effective rate of all cases was 70. 7 %. compared with the pretherapy in all cases ,all Ⅰ , Ⅲ, Ⅴ potentials in patients with sudden deafness appearanced improvement（P〈0.05）. Conclusion BAEP is an objective method to estimate prognosis in presby-patients with sudden deafness.
