摘　　要：针对建设项目投资控制的问题,运用弹性分析理论引入项目投资弹性的概念,并据此建立了项目投资弹性分析模型用于计算项目投资的各种弹性,经实例计算表明该方法的有效性。最后,讨论了在投资项目管理过程中各利益相关者如何运用该模型进行投资控制。In order to calculate project investment various elasticity, the writer founded a analysis model for project investment elasticity on the base of the concept of project investment elasticity from elasticity analysis theory. Calculations of real examples had made known that this method was effective. How to use this model for investment control by every one with related interest was also discussed in the paper.
