摘 要:运用浸渍法制备了一系列不同组成的(VTeO/SiO2)催化剂,研究了催化剂组成、制备条件和反应条件对丙烷选择氧化制丙烯醛反应性能的影响。结果表明,在VOx/SiO2催化剂中添加适量Te,丙烯醛选择性和收率显著提高。浸渍液的pH值为7,V、Te组分共浸渍制备的3V0.5Te/SiO2催化剂表现了最佳反应性能;在反应气组成C3H8∶O2∶He=1.2∶1∶1.2,反应气空速为3900 mL.g-1.h-1,反应温度为520℃的最佳反应条件下,丙烷转化率为25.7%,丙烯醛选择性为25.5%,丙烯醛收率为6.6%。In the paper, a relatively simple SiO2 - supported VTeO catalyst system has been prepared and studied for selective oxidation of propane to acrolein. The effects of composition, catalyst preparation and reaction conditions on the catalytic performance were investigated. The main results of the study have indicated that by adding proper quantity of Te into 3V/SiO2 catalyst, the selectivity and the yield of acrolein were notably increased. The V5+ sites were mainly responsible for the activation of propane to produce propane, whereas the Te4+ sites were beneficial to the transformation of propane to acrolein. The catalyst 3V0.5Te/SiO2 which was prepared in the impregnation solution at the pH amounting to 7 and the elements V ,Te were co -impregnated. The maximal yield of acrolein of 6.6% was obtained on 3V0.5Te/SiO2 catalyst under the optimal reaction conditions (520℃ C3H3 :O2: He = 1.2 : 1 : 1. 2,3900 mL? g -1? h-1).
