摘  要:目的:总结气管支气管内膜结核的多层螺旋CT表现,评价多层螺旋CT在支气管内膜结核诊断中的价值。方法:对36例经纤支镜证实的气管支气管内膜结核患者行多层螺旋CT扫描,结合多种影像后处理技术,分析其影像学表现,重点观察支气管管腔和管壁的形态学改变。结果:多层螺旋CT轴位及其三维重建图像能明确显示支气管管腔变窄、管腔表面不光滑、腔内结节状突起以及管壁增厚、密度增高、僵直和钙化。轴位图像还可显示肺内伴随表现。结论:多层螺旋CT扫描结合多种后处理技术可以有效地提高支气管结核的诊断率,是临床上一种无创性评价气管支气管病变的有效方法。Objective:To summarize multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) manifestations of endotracheal and endobronchial tuberculo- sis,and evaluate the diagnostic value of MSCT in endotracheal and endobronchial tuberculosis. Methods: Volume scanning with MSCT was performed in 36 patients with endotracheal and endobronchial tuberculosis proved by fibrous endoscopy examina- tions. The imaging findings, especially the morphologic changes of the lumen and wall of trachea and bronchi were analyzed. Results: The transverse image with post-process images could show the lumen and wall changes. The lumen changes included narrowing, coarse surface and intraluminal nodule . The wall changes included thickening, increased density, rigidity of the wall and calcified foci. The associated characteristics of lung were revealed in axial images. Conclusion: It is helpful to diagnose endobronchial tuberculosis with multiple functions of multi-slice spiral CT. It is a noninvasive and effective method for evalua- ting endotracheal and endobronchial tuberculosis.
