摘　　要：分析了天钢原150mm小方坯连铸工艺生产出的盘条性能不稳定的问题,对SWRH82B高碳钢盘条的生产技术进行了研究与创新。采用复吹转炉冶炼、LF、VD炉外精炼、/150mm小圆坯连铸生产高速线材的短流程工艺,并对钢水洁净度、铸坯中心偏析、盘条的组织改善等方面进行有效控制。经生产实践验证,该工艺生产出的SWRH82B盘条性能稳定,盘条整体水平提高,达到钢绞线用盘条的质量要求。By analyzing the unstable performance of wire rods produced by the former 150mm billet casting the study and innovation on techniques of producing wire rods for SWRH82B high carbon steel is carried out,such technological flow as the combined blown converter smelting,LF,VD secondary refining and production control of high speed wire rods ф150 mm round billet casting and the cleanliness of molten steel,central segregation of block and structure of wire rods. The practice proves stable performance of SWRH82B wire rod to meet the requirement of strands.
