草威灵化学成分的研究

摘　　要：从菊科植物草威灵Inulanervosa的乙醇提取物中分得9个化合物，经光谱鉴定为7，8-二羟基-异丁酰基百里香酚（Ⅰ），2，4-二甲基-6（3＇-甲基-异丁烯基-5＇-异丙基）-苯基-3，5-己二酮（Ⅱ），异丁酰百里香酚（Ⅲ），百里香酚（Ⅳ），达玛二烯乙酸酯（Ⅴ），1-亚油酸甘油酯（Ⅵ），1，3-双亚油酸甘油酯（Ⅶ），胡萝卜甙（Ⅷ）和豆甾醇（Ⅸ）。其中Ⅰ和Ⅱ为新化合物。Nine compounds were isolated from Inula nervosa Wall.. On the basis of chemical evidences and spectral analysis, they were elucidated as 7, 8-dihydroxy-isobutyryl thymol(Ⅰ), 2, 4-dimethyl-6-(3＇-methylisobutenyl-5＇-isopropyl)-phenyl-3, 5-hexan-dione(Ⅱ), isobutyryl thymol (Ⅲ), thymol (Ⅳ), damma-diene acetate (Ⅴ), 1-glyceryl-monolinoleate (Ⅵ), 1, 3-glyceryl-dilinoleate (Ⅶ), daucosterol(Ⅷ)and stigmasterol (Ⅸ).ⅠandⅡ were new compound
