摘　　要：ＣＤＦ１小鼠ｉｐ乌苯美司（１）１０μｇ／只后，其脾细胞中ＤＮＡ３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ参入增加；加入小鼠脾细胞培养液中的１（０．０１，０．１，１．０μｇ／ｍｌ）能提高淋巴细胞的３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ参入，而１０μｇ／ｍｌ则不能。经１预处理的人外周血细胞亦能提高淋巴细胞的３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ参入。高浓度１（１００μｇ／ｍｌ）能刺激促细胞分裂剂（ＣｏｎＡ或ＬＰＳ）对小鼠脾淋巴细胞的促细胞分裂作用，且对Ｂ细胞的促分裂作用优于对Ｔ细胞的作用。The incorporation of 3H thymidine into DNA of spleen cells increased by ip of 10 μg/mouse of ubenimex(1). 1(0.01,0.1,1.0 μg/ml) which was added to culture mouse spleen cell increased 3H thymidine incorporation into lymphocytes, but 10 μg/ml did not. Human peripheral buffy coat cells pretreated with 1 also increased 3H thymidine incorporation into lymphocytes. 1(100 μg/ml) enhanced the mitogenicity of both Con A and LPS on mouse spleen cells and exhibited a high mitogenic effect on B cells in preference to T cells, but this effect was not seen when 1 was below 50 μg/ml.
