心病气血辨证与血清锌铜铁钙含量的关系

摘　　要：观察７８例中医心病患者血清锌（Ｚｎ）、铜（Ｃｕ）、铁（Ｆｅ）、钙（Ｃａ）含量变化，并与肺病（３４例）、肝病（５８例）进行了对比研究。结果：心病三组Ｚｎ、Ｃａ含量及Ｚｎ／Ｃｕ明显低于健康对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；心气虚证组和心血虚证组Ｆｅ含量下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），心脉瘀阻证组Ｆｅ值上升（Ｐ＜０．０５）。心病各组间比较，心脉瘀阻证组Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、Ｃａ含量明显高于心气虚证组和心血虚证组（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），心气虚证组Ｃａ明显低于心血虚证组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；另外心病与肺病、肝病患者比较，心气虚Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃａ含量明显低于肺气虚组（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），心血瘀组四元素含量明显高于肝血瘀组（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示，血清Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、Ｃａ含量的变化与中医辨病辨证，存在着一定的关系。We observed the contents of Zn,Cu,Fe and Ca of 78 cases with the heart diseases,58 that of the liver diseases and 34 that of the lung diseases in serum.The results showed that the contents of Zn and Cu and the ratio of Zn with Cu in the heart disease groups descreased signifficantly compared with the control( P <0.01),that the Fe contents descreased in the insufficiency of the heart-qi and blood groups( P <0.01),but increased in the stagnation of the heart blood group( P <0.05),that the contents of Zn,Cu.Fe and Ca in the stagnation of the heart blood group increased signifficantly compared with the insufficiency of he heart-qi and blood groups( P <0.05, P <0.01),and the Ca contents decreased signifficantly in the insufficiency of the heart-qi group compared with the insufficiency of the heart blood group( P <0.01),that the contents of Zn,Fe and Ca in the insufficiency of the heart-qi group decreased signifficantly compared with the insufficiency of the lung-qi group( P<0.05,P <0.01),but every element content in the stagnation of the heart blood group increasted signifficantly compared with the stagnation of the liver blood group( P <0.05, P <0.01).All of the results showed the relationship bewteen the element contents in serum with the differentiations of diseases and symptoms and signs.
