摘 要:目的从胃黏膜微血管形成以及促血管生成因子VEGF、bFGF变化的角度探讨实验性慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)伴非典型增生(Dys)发病机理及消痞颗粒对其治疗作用的机制。方法将大鼠随机分为5组,采用综合法复制大鼠CAG伴Dys模型,用免疫组化染色法因子Ⅷ相关抗原抗体显示胃黏膜微血管,免疫组化法显示促血管生成因子VEGF、bFGF在大鼠胃黏膜的表达。结果模型组微血管计数(MVC)、VEGF和bFGF阳性表达较正常组增加,消痞颗粒治疗组三者均明显下降,与模型组比较有显著差异,且疗效优于自然恢复组。消痞颗粒治疗组MVC疗效还优于维酶素治疗组。结论消痞颗粒治疗CAG伴Dys可能通过抑制促血管生成相关因子,减少微血管形成起作用。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of experimental chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) accompanied by dysplasia (Dys) and therapeutic mechanism of Xiaopi Granules on the bases of microvessel formation of gastric mucosa and the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast grow factor (bFGF). Methods The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups. The model of CAG accompanied by Dys was established by using a synthetic method. The microvessel of gastric mucosa was displayed by antigen-antibody related to factor Ⅷ in immunohistochemistry method, and the expressions of VEGF and bFGF were displayed by immunohistochemistry method. Results The microvessel count (MVC), the positive expressions of VEGF and bFGF in the model group was increased than those in the normal group, while decreased in the Xiaopi Granules group with a significant difference compared with those of the model group. The curative effect of the Xiaopi Granules group was better than that of the natural recovery group and Weimeisu group. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Xiaopi Granules on CAG accompanied by Dys may be related to that it Can inhibit VEGF and microvessel formation.
