摘 要:弧块—滚柱式低副超越离合器是一种新型低副超越离合器,具有接触应力小,传动能力大等优点.针对该离合器的扭转刚度和接合能耗问题,分析其物理本构关系,建立扭转刚度和接合能耗数学模型,并分别推导出计算公式.实例表明该离合器的扭转刚度和接合能耗分别是同等规格的传统滚柱式的3倍和1/10.该离合器在脉动无级变速器等高频接合机械传动系统中,增加系统稳定性和提高机械传动效率具有重要意义.同时,对该离合器的接触刚度进行试验,试验结果与计算结果吻合,证明文中数学模型的可靠性.该文的研究为弧块—滚柱式低副超越离合器的设计、动力学分析提供理论基础.An arc-block-roller lower pair overrunning clutch (ALPOC) is a new type of overrunning clutch with comparatively small contact stress and high transmission capacity. Problems of torsional stiffness and gear energy due to the physical structure of the clutch are discussed, and mathematical models of torsional stiff- ness and gearing consumption energy were derived. Simulations indicate that the torsion stiffness of an ALPOC should be three times the torsional stiffness of a traditional roller overrunning clutch ( ROC), while the gearing energy consumption of an ALPOC should be one-tenth of that of ROC. Clearly, an ALPOC should be very suitable for use in a high frequency transmission system, such as a pulse CVT system. The physical torsional stiffness of an AL- POC was then tested, and the result of the tests agreed well with the simulated results, proving the accuracy of the mathematical models. The research work in the paper can provide a theoretical basis for design and dynamic analysis of an ALPOC.
