摘　　要：目的:探讨梗塞前心绞痛对急性心肌梗死急诊冠脉介入(PCI)治疗术中再灌注心律失常的影响。方法:对220例急性心肌梗死患者直接行PCI术,按梗死前48小时内有无心绞痛发作分为A组(有心绞痛)106例;B组(无心绞痛)114例,观察术中再灌注心律失常的发生情况。结果:A组室性心律失常发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:梗塞前心绞痛通过缺血预适应保护心肌,减少术中再灌注心律失常的发生。Objection To explore the effect between previous angina pectoris and reperfusion arrythmia in patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction （AMI） by PCI. Methods Two hundred and twenty AMI patients underwent direct PCI, divided into two groups according to present or absence of previous angina, observation were made in the context of the different arrythmias. Results Compared with control group, patients with previous angina pectoris had lower rate of reperfusion arrythmia. Conclusions Previous angina pectoris would protect the myocardial and reduce the AMI and reperfusion arrythmia.
