摘　　要：应用CRn指数、洛伦茨曲线和基尼系数以及HHI指数分析了广州市建筑业的市场集中度,结论表明广州市建筑业市场集中度较低,存在过度竞争的现象;企业规模层次性不够鲜明,存在规模结构不合理的现象;说明了我国建筑业在一定程度上受地域的影响较大。This paper makes use of the CRn Index, the Lorenz Curve, Gini Coefficient and the HHI Index to analyze the market concentration ratio of construction industry in Guangzhou. The conclusions indicate that the market concentration ratio of construction industry in Guangzhou is low and it exsits excessive competition phenomenon. The construction enterprises are no sharp-cut level of scale and the structure is unreasonable. And it shows that construction industry in China is affected by the crime in a certain extent.
