摘　　要：介绍了与国际惯例接轨并具有中国特色的经评审的合理最低评标法的概念及优点,剖析现阶段此评标办法在推行实施过程中存在的问题,并针对问题提出保障此法顺利实施的几点建议。This paper introduces the concept and advantages of reasonable minimum bidding evaluation method, linked to international practice and with chinese characteristics, analyses problems at present, and finally puts forward some suggestions to ensure the successful implementation of this method.
