摘　　要：目的通过研究医院的感染性疾病病和感染性休克的ICD-10编码范围,为回顾性研究和前瞻性监测医院感染的病例提供科学依据。方法以一年出院的病例作为调查总体,比较和修改根据经验事先列出的感染疾病编码,运用SPSS对数据资料的处理。结论ICD-10感染性疾病编码能够准确覆盖实际临床病例,可以用于对今后其他感染问题的检测与研究。Objective To define a code list of ICD - 10 of all infectious diseases and then find out infectious shock cases for the use of the retrospective and prospective study. Method To review one year discharged records comparing and modifying the list of ICD - 10 codes that was selected from the manual of ICD - 10 both of the tabular list and the index. The Data is processed by SPSS. Conclusion The code list of ICD - 10 for infectious diseases can be accurate in encomapassing all clinical infectious cases. Furthermore, ICD - 10 can be used for other infections diseases.
