摘　　要：对于工作流动性强、区域覆盖面大、流程复杂的铁路基层单位,利用以Internet为平台的管理信息系统(GWJC-MIS)提高日常工作的效率是非常必要的。以郑州铁路局工务安全检测所管理信息系统为例详细分析建立这样一个系统所需要涉及的主要设计思路和实施要点,并根据实践结果总结在该类系统的设计、实施中需要注意的关键点。For the characteristic of railway section was working region frequent change, working flow complex, it was very necessary to improve the efficiency by the GWJC-MIS based on Internet. It was taken the MIS of Zhengzhou Railway Administation Testing and Inspection for Permanent Way Institute of as an example to explain the architecture and the application in detail, and had indicated the key points in the process of the system planning and application.
