摘　　要：随着老龄化社会的到来,老年群体越来越成为构建社会主义和谐社会的重要因素。特别是时代变化所造成的老年思想观念滞后和心理疾病的增多,已成为今天构建和谐社会不可回避的问题。为此,老年工作者要结合社会发展新形势和老年群体的新特点,科学地分析、认真地探索新时期老年工作的新方法、新途径,实现工作思路创新和工作方法的转变,促使老年工作更有针对性、实效性。With the coming of aging society, the old people are becoming an important factor to be considered in building socialist harmonious society.The increase in old people＇s psychological troubles and backward mentality caused by the changes of time is a problem to be reckoned in building socialist harmonious society. Therefore, in view of the new social trends and the new features of the senior citizens as a social group, the ideological and political workers should probe into new ways and methods for doing ideological and political work to realize innovation in their working methods, so as to make their work more targeted and effective and help the old to remain healthy in both body and mind while living a fruitful life.
