摘　　要：介绍了一种水利图形库管理系统的设计思想和实现技术，讨论了综合图和特征图的概念、矢量存贮格式、文件存贮与表状数据管理的结合。The design and realization technology about a graphic database of water information system called W-GDBMS is introduced in this paper.The concepts of comprehensive graph and feature graph,vector format,combination of file storing and tabular data management are discussed,and application program interface about W-GDBMS is also expounded. \ \
