摘　　要：刑事诉讼法再修改已经列入本届人大的立法规划,根据2007年全国人大常委会立法计划,刑事诉讼法修正案将于今年10月提请全国人大常委会第三十次会议进行审议。可以预计,刑事诉讼法的修改将成为一个持续的过程。刑事诉讼法的修改意义重大,难度也很大,目前对于如何修改仍然存在一些争议。为此,我们约请公安、检察、法院等司法实务界和刑事诉讼法学界的专家学者撰写了一组论文,谈谈他们个人的观点,期望对刑事诉讼法的修改能够有所助益。[Foreword] Remodification of China's Criminal Procedure Law has been listed in the agenda by the NPC. In terms of the legislation plan of 2007, the modification draft of this law will be proposed for consideration in October this year. Till now, there still exists some important debatable issues. For this propose, we invited some influential specialists and scholars to address their own opinions on these issues, it is hoped that these papers and the suggestions therein shall be greatly beneficial to the perfections of the Criminal Procedure Law.
