溃疡性结肠炎手术并发症的预防及治疗

摘　　要：为总结溃疡性结肠炎手术并发症的治疗与预防经验，对182例手术治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果显示，近期并发症主要为肠吻合口漏、感染、出血，其中16例吻合口漏患者均获治愈，21例感染患者中2例死亡。远期并发症主要为储袋炎、肛门狭窄、控便功能不良等。结果表明，溃疡性结肠炎手术大，难度高，易出现并发症，其防治关键在于提高手术技巧，注意无菌观念。一旦发生并发症，应积极治疗，保护肛门功能，挽救生命。For the objective of suming the experiences on prevention and treatment of operative complications of ulcerative colitis（UC）, authors analysed the clinical data of the operation for UC of 182 cases retrospectively. Results showed that short-term complications were mainly anastomosis stoma leakage, infection and bleeding. Among these cases 16 patients with anastomosis stoma leakage were all cured, in 21 infected patients 2 died fLong-term complications were mainly inflammation of reservoir, anal stenosis, dysfunction of control fecal,etc. Results show that operation for UC is complex and difficult, but operative complica- tions easily appear, thus the key to prevent and treat is to enhance operative skill and notice aseptic conception,at once complication appeares it should be treated actively to protect anal function and take first aid of life.
