档案与文物之辨析——兼论“实物档案”收藏的不合理性

摘　　要：本文从法律概念、历史传统、本质特征、表现价值、自然科学和管理工作的角度论述了档案与文物的区别和联系,对档案部门保管的实物资料进行了分析,并且强调实物不能成为档案的收藏内容。In this paper the difference and relation of archives between cultural relics are explained about juristical conception, historical tradition, hypostasis, valuation, natural science, administration. The collection object shouldn＇t are collected by archives administrative organization by analyzing the collection object.
