摘 要:目的:探讨冠心病与幽门螺杆菌的相关性。方法:冠心病组175例,消化系疾病组150例,健康对照组120例,均抽静脉血取血清-滴测定血清抗幽门螺杆菌抗体IgG。结果:冠心病组血清抗幽门螺杆菌抗体IgG阳性率(54.29%)与消化系统病组血清抗幽门螺杆菌抗体IgG阳性率(60%)差异无显著性(P〉0.05),与健康对照组血清抗幽门螺杆菌抗体IgG阳性率(34.17%)差异有高度显著性(P〈0.01)。结论:幽门螺杆菌可能是冠心病发生的病因之一,冠心病与幽门螺杆菌呈相关性。Objective: Discussion coronary disease and pylorus spiral bacillus relevance.
