摘　　要：目的：探讨冠心病与幽门螺杆菌的相关性。方法：冠心病组175例，消化系疾病组150例，健康对照组120例，均抽静脉血取血清-滴测定血清抗幽门螺杆菌抗体IgG。结果：冠心病组血清抗幽门螺杆菌抗体IgG阳性率（54．29％）与消化系统病组血清抗幽门螺杆菌抗体IgG阳性率（60％）差异无显著性（P〉0．05），与健康对照组血清抗幽门螺杆菌抗体IgG阳性率（34．17％）差异有高度显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：幽门螺杆菌可能是冠心病发生的病因之一，冠心病与幽门螺杆菌呈相关性。Objective： Discussion coronary disease and pylorus spiral bacillus relevance. Conclusion： The pylorus spiral bacillus is possibly one of causes of disease which the coronary disease occurs, the coronary disease and the pylorus spiral bacillus assumes the relevance.
