膝关节镜和膝关节造影检查临床应用及意义

摘　　要：结合手术所见及术后诊断，笔者认为：膝关节镜技术和膝关节造影检查方法相比，膝关节镜技术具有其它膝关节检查手段不能具备的优点，但因各种条件所限，膝关节造影术在膝关节疾病检查中仍不失为一个有效的手段。本文就收治的10例病人均行拍平片，膝关节造影和膝关节镜检查，结合手术情况及其它治疗手段进行分析，就方法的难易，诊断的准确率，经济与否，病人的接受程度，解决问题的难度等方面进行探讨。unifies the surgery to see and the technique diagnoses, the author thought. This article admits 10 examples get sick the average per person good racket even piece, the knee joint radiography and the knee joint mirror inspection, the union surgery situation and other treatment methods carry on the analysis, the method difficulty, the diagnosis is accurate rate, the economy or not, patient＇s receptivity, solves question aspect and so on difficulty carries on the discussion.
