摘　　要：本文从地缘政治角度介绍了东北亚地区安全态势,分析了东北亚地区地缘政治的复杂性,详细阐述了美、日、俄、中等大国在东北亚地区的地缘政治利益和安全外交战略及其对构建东北亚地区安全合作机制的影响,提出了在东北亚地区建立安全合作机制的目标,展望了在东北亚建立多边主义的安全合作机制的前景。This article introduces the North - East Asia security environments by the geopolitic points of views; analyzes the geopolitic complexities of Nortth - East Asia; discusses the geopolitic benefits, the national security strategy of America,Japan,Russia and China in North-East Asia and how these strategies affect the mechanism of the security cooperation in North - East Asia. The article also proposes the goal of the security cooperative mechanism, and prospects the future of multi - cooperation mechanism in North - East Asia.
