MBTI人格测验对陆军指挥院校学员心理选拔的预测性

摘　　要：目的：研究陆军指挥院校学员胜任特征与人格之间的关系,揭示人格测验对学员心理选拔的预测性.方法：选择MBTI-G作为人格测量工具,连续对三届新入校学员实施人格测验;在学员毕业前以陆军指挥院校学员胜任特征模型为效标对其进行评价.分析人格测验与胜任特征评价之间的相关性.结果：MBTI-G人格类型量表与学员胜任特征模型中的事业心、管理能力、口头表达能力、军人气质和人际交往能力及总评指标有显著性相关（r值为0.173~0.385,P〈0.01）.单因素方差分析结果显示,具有不同人格类型的被试也在上述指标上有统计学差异,F值分别为2.138（P〈0.05）,2.097（P〈0.05）,1.892（P〈0.05）,2.127（P〈0.05）,2.583（P〈0.01）和2.170（P〈0.01）.结论：MBTI-G对陆军指挥院校学员胜任特征评价具有一定的预测性,可作为陆院学员心理选拔的人格测验工具.AIM： To study the relationship between the competency model and personality characteristics of military academy cadets and to find out the predictability of personality test for the psychological selection of cadets. METHODS： Freshmen were investigated using the revised Chinese version of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Form G （MBTI-G）. Then these cadets were evalu- ated before graduation using the competency model of military academy cadets as criterion. RESULTS ： MBTI-G was significantly related to dedication, management ability, oral communication, military bearing, interpersonal relationship and general comment in the competency model （rn ranged from 0. 173 to 0. 385, P 〈 0.01 ）. Cadets divided with 16 personality types gained different scores on the indicators mentioned above. The F value was 2. 138 （P〈0.05）, 2.097 （P〈0.05）, 1.892 （P〈 0.05）, 2. 127 （P〈0.05）, 2.583 （P〈0.01）, and 2. 170 （ P 〈 0.01 ） , respectively. CONCLUSION ： The Chinese version of MBTI-G has certain predictability on competency of military academy cadets, and can be used for personnel selection in military academies.
