摘　　要：目的探讨P185neu蛋白的定量水平与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的临床生物学行为及预后的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法定量检测了37例NSCLC患者及17例良性肺疾病和健康对照者血清和组织中P185neu的蛋白水平。结果37例NSCLC患者血清和癌组织中P185neu的蛋白水平明显升高(P<0.01),且P185neu蛋白水平与NSCLC细胞分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。另外,NSCLC患者术前血清P185neu的蛋白水平明显高于术后10天的血清水平(P<0.01)。结论P185neu的蛋白水平与NSCLC的发生、发展和转移密切相关;血清P185neu蛋白水平可作为评估NSCLC进展、复发和预后的有效指标。To investigate the relation between the level of P185^neu in serum and tumour tissue and clinical biological behaviour of non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods By ELISA method, 37 specimens of sera and tumour tissues of non-smaU cell lung cancer were examined, and 17 cases of adjacent nonneoplastic tissues and sera were examined for the level of P185^neu protein. Results Of the 37 NSCLC cases, the level of P185^neu in sera and tumour tissues was higher （P〈0. 01）. The level of P185^neu was positively related to cell differentiation, TNM stages, and lymph node metastasis （P〈0. 05）. The preoperative serum level of P185^neu was significantly higher than the postoperative serum level （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion P185^neu may play an important role in tumor progression and malignant potential of non-small cell lung cancer, and the level of serum P185^neu could be of prognostic significance.
